What data we collect
Only what you fill in on the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), instrument type and your message. The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your request and give you an estimate for the work you're asking about.
Where it's stored
Your message is delivered through the email-sending service Resend and arrives in our mailbox. It is not stored in a database of ours and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and is deleted when it is no longer necessary.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Email guitarservicegr@gmail.com for any request.
Paid estimate requests
When you request a paid estimate we retain your request details (name, contact information and description) as a service-history record, so we can keep track of the work on your instrument. The photos you upload are deleted once the request reaches the workshop. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
